Fishing at Delta Lodge (Paraná Delta)

Fly Fishing for Golden Dorado and Tararira at Delta Lodge (Paraná Delta) will have you casting on a variety of small creeks, and lagoons to larger rivers.

If you are a business traveler passing through, the team at Delta Fishing will provide you with high-quality loaner fishing equipment, so don’t let that stop you.

Rods: We recommend a 9-foot, 7-weight rod for conditions at Delta Lodge.

Lines and Leaders: Tropical floating fly lines are perfect for the type of fishing & conditions at Delta Lodge. Leaders are usually as long as the rod, finished with a piece of wire to avoid being bitten off by Golden Dorado’s sharp teeth.
