Fishing on St Brandon’s Atoll

St Brandon is arguably the most spectacular wade Bonefishing on the planet. On most tides, you will get to target large numbers of these skinny water speedsters, including some enormous singles and doubles.  The average St Brandon’s Bonefish ranges between 5lb – 6lb, with most guests having opportunities at fish in the 9lb -12lb range during the week.

Bonefish have been landed with fork lengths up to 87cm and tipped the scales at 15lb.

St Brandon’s Atoll also boasts significant numbers of Indo-Pacific Permit. Guests will have daily opportunities at Permit in the 5lb -15lb range.
All fishing for Permit and Bonefish on St Brandon’s Atoll takes place on foot. This is the ultimate walk and stalk flats fishing experience.

St Brandon’s Atoll cannot promise daily shots at monster GTs but the occasional fish that does turn up on the flats tends to do so in the trophy range (over one meter). On nay tour to St Brandon’s Atoll anglers will encounter Bluefin Trevally, Golden Trevally, Yellow Dot Trevally, and Green Spot Trevally.
